Denton Green is rehabilitation of a 113 unit affordable building for seniors located in Garden City Park, in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County. The project is a 38 year old Mitchell Lama which needed extensive repairs and upgrades to keep the building affordable for the next 30 years. The ribbon cutting took place in June, 2014.
